My Digital Sherpa assists the traveler in each step of the journey. The traveler digital twin uses travel journey data to facilitate navigation throughout the trip plan. - The customer/traveller controls which data is open for access to certain service provider types (airlines, airports, taxis, hotels, etc).
- Information is either fed directly by the traveller or indirectly through widgets that collect data from mobile applications & web browsers, GPS locations, etc...
- The system collects, learns, and distribute information to paying travel service providers of the ecosystem upon your control.
- Now on the other side of the network, the provider's willingness to pay to get precise information about your needs allows them to propose personalized offers, yielding a higher conversion rate.
